Price: ₹3,000 per day (overtime: ₹200/hour)

• Your parent is scheduled for cataract surgery at a private hospital and you are unavailable due to work commitments
• Your spouse is undergoing an endoscopy with sedation and requires post-procedure supervision
• Your elderly family member needs regular dialysis and dependable companionship
• Your loved one is undergoing chemotherapy and requires continuous care and support
Scope of Service
A. Admission Support Manager
• TPA & Insurance Assistance: Often the most stressful part of a hospital visit, we take care of the entire TPA process—handling documentation, filling admission forms, and managing insurance pre-authorization—so your family can stay stress-free.
• Luggage & Comfort Setup: We take care of your essentials, assist with settling into the ward or waiting area, and ensure valuables are kept safe while the patient remains comfortable.
B. Your Waiting Room Support
• Surgeon Coordination: We stay present at the hospital throughout the procedure. When the surgeon provides updates, we receive them directly and promptly communicate the information to you.
• Real-Time Family Updates: Stay informed with regular WhatsApp updates such as “Patient taken to OT at 10:15 AM,” “Procedure started,” or “Shifted to recovery – vitals stable.”
C. Discharge & Recovery Assistance
• Discharge Summary Check: We carefully review all discharge documents to ensure no instructions, reports, or prescriptions are missed.
• Travel Arrangement: We organize a smooth and comfortable ride home, keeping post-surgery sensitivity in mind.
• Home Settle-In Support: We help the Patient Care Services in Kolkata get comfortably settled at home, ensure immediate needs like water and medicines are within reach, explain post-operative precautions, and update the family before concluding our service.
What’s Not Included
• Post-operative nursing care at home (can be arranged through our partner agencies)
• Emergency overnight ICU stays
• Long-distance inter-city travel (available at an additional customized cost)
